Ideally, these are spread out over a predetermined time period and provide useful information with an occasional sales pitch for other products.

A viable internet marketing business need only have a few major steps or parts put in place:

Find or create a product that provides value that can be given away.
Set up a website that promotes the product and gathers users name & email information.
Set up an account with an auto responder service.
Market to your list while being careful to continue providing value.
